1. Who processes your data
The data controller is PRO Solution Sp. z o.o., ul. Bytkowska 107/54, 40-148 Katowice, Poland, VAT ID PL9542736446 (trading as SOLV, "we", "us").
We are established in the European Union, so this policy follows the GDPR.

2. What we collect and why
2.1. Contact form
When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number and the content of your enquiry, plus your company name and website if you provide them.
- Why: to answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in running a sales process).
- Where it goes: to our own sales system, hosted on our own server in Germany, and to our mailbox in Google Workspace.
We also record technical context: the page you submitted from, how you reached the site (search, campaign), your IP address and browser type. We use it to understand which marketing activities bring enquiries.
2.2. Marketing consent
If you tick the consent box, we store it together with the exact wording of the clause you saw, the date, the form name and your IP address. We do this so we can demonstrate what you actually agreed to — and so you can verify it.
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).
- You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
2.3. Analytics and session recording
With your consent (the banner shown on your first visit) we use:

Session recording deserves a plain explanation. PostHog stores a replay of what happened on the page: cursor movement, clicks, scrolling and which elements you saw. We do not record what you type into form fields, and we do not record your camera, microphone or screen outside our website. We use recordings solely to find out where the site confuses people.
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive.
- Until you accept, neither tool stores anything. They start disabled.
2.4. Newsletter
If you opt in, your address goes to MailerLite (an EU provider), which we use to send information about our services. Every message contains an unsubscribe link.
3. Cookies
We run our own consent mechanism — no third-party consent platform is involved. Your choice is stored in a solv_consent cookie for 12 months. You can change it by clearing this site's cookies in your browser.

4. How long we keep data

5. Who else sees your data
We do not sell data. We share it only with the providers we use:
- Google Ireland Ltd. — email (Workspace) and analytics (GA4)
- PostHog — analytics and session recordings (EU cloud)
- MailerLite — newsletter (only with your consent)
- our web host and the provider of the server running our sales system
- subcontractors delivering projects — only as far as needed to perform a contract
Some Google services may process data outside the EEA under Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, port your data, object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time.
Write to [email protected] — we respond within 30 days.
If you believe we handle your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland — or with the authority in your own EU country of residence.
7. Is providing data required
Providing data is voluntary, but without an email address or phone number we cannot reply to your enquiry. Consent to analytics and to the newsletter is entirely optional — refusing does not limit your use of the site.
8. Automated decision-making
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects. We use tools that organise enquiries in our sales system, but a human always handles the contact and the proposal.
